Shipping policy

We ship all the prepaid orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation except for Sundays and public holidays. All COD orders are shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation.

For DomesticĀ shipping:

  • Shipping is free for all domestic orders
  • Prepaid Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hoursĀ of order confirmation
  • We dispatch through private courier services (unless specified by customer)Ā and all couriers are delivered in 5 to 6 working days.
  • You can request for any modifications in the delivery address only if we have not shipped the order. For any change in the delivery address,Ā kindly drop us an email atĀ saanjh.tww@gmail.comĀ within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
  • COD is available at an additional charge which is to be paid in advance and remaining amount on delivery. TheĀ COD chargesĀ are non-refundable.Ā All COD orders are dispatched in 2-3 days of order confirmation.

For International shipping:

  • Shipping charges forĀ all international ordersĀ will be calculated during checkout depending on theĀ parcel weight and dimensionsĀ of the parcel
  • Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer
  • Orders are delivered within 7-8 working days, unless otherwise mentioned in the product details.
