We only offer exchanges for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the replacement order will generally be dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability.

• Dry clean is recommended for the first few washes to maintain fabric quality and colour.
• After that, gently hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent.
• Do not wash with other garments, as natural dyes may release colour during initial washes.
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
• Dry in shade and avoid direct sunlight to preserve colour and fabric quality.
• Iron on low to medium heat if required.
