Return Policy
Domestic Orders
We have no return or exchange policy. The product is eligible for replacement only in there is some defect in the product. In such case, we will replace it with the same product basis the availability or refund the full amount in case of non-availability of same piece.
- Please email us at saanjh.tww@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to inform about any defect in the delivered product along with the opening video and the picture of the defected area.
- Please ensure that the packing is intact when you courier back the product and the product should be unused and unwashed.
- You need to self-ship the product and the shipping charges will be reimbursed to you on your original payment source, provided you need to send the shipping receipt.
- Refund or return, whichever is applicable, will be done once after we receive the product and a quality check is done at our end.
- Return request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
International Orders
Currently we do not have any return policy for international customers.
